Plumber / Service Technician (5+ Years Experience)

We're a growing residential and commercial home warranty service company based in Los Angeles. We take care of our technicians — good dispatching and a team that has your back. We're looking for a skilled, dependable plumber who takes pride in their work and treats customers right.

What you'll do

Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, drain issues, and a full range of residential and commercial plumbing problems
Install plumbing fixtures and appliances in both residential and commercial settings
Maintain and service existing plumbing systems
Work with home warranty companies and obtain job authorizations
Stay in regular contact with dispatch on progress, delays, and support needs
Document every job with clear before-and-after photos — this is a core part of how we work, not an afterthought
Represent the company professionally — strong customer service is a must

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of residential and/or commercial plumbing experience
Solid knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations across both residential and commercial applications
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own jobs
Reliable phone and the habit of documenting your work with photos — before and after, every job, no exceptions. It protects you, it protects the customer, and it's tied directly to how pay is processed
Experience with home warranty companies is a plus
