Job Title: Journeyman / Installer / Apprentice Plumber

As a Journeyman, Installer, or Apprentice, you'll work on piping systems installation across real jobs throughout San Diego County and surrounding areas, alongside a crew that backs each other up and gets the work done right the first time.

What You'll Do

Install and layout waste, vent, water, and gas piping systems from plans and blueprints
Cut, fit, and join pipe (PEX, copper, PVC/ABS/CPVC) to code
Troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site as issues come up
Journeymen/Installers: read and work independently from construction plans and blueprints; mentor and direct apprentices on the crew
Apprentices: work alongside and learn from journeymen and installers, building hands-on skills toward licensure
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Complete daily reports and time tracking as directed

What We're Looking For

Journeymen/Installers: journeyman plumbing license or equivalent hands-on installation experience
Apprentices: strong work ethic and eagerness to learn — no experience required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
Reliability and attention to detail
Ability to follow direction and work well as part of a crew
