What You'll Do

• Provide customers with clear, honest estimates for plumbing services, repairs, and installations.
• Diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems, including component installation and replacement.
• Test newly installed components to confirm proper function before you leave the job.
• Fulfill preventative maintenance orders for our regular customers.
• Communicate job status, findings, and recommendations clearly with customers and team members.
• Representing Jenni Plumber with a professional appearance and top-notch communication skills, you're often the face of the company.
• Participate in 24/7 on call rotations to respond to urgent service requests

What You Need:

• Nevada Journeyman (Preferred but NOT Required)
• Combination of education and/or experience will be considered (e.g., vocational training, apprenticeships, or certifications in plumbing or environmental services)
• 4+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• Understanding of plumbing codes, drainage layouts, and related regulations.
• Familiarity with video inspection systems and ability to interpret footage.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required).
• Willingness to work weekends and after-hours on a rotating on-call basis.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior technicians.
• A true team-player mindset — we work together, and we look out for each other.
• Reliable commute to the Las Vegas, NV area, or willingness to relocate before starting.
