We are a small family owned business located in San Diego County. We pride ourselves on providing a professional, fast-paced, customer-centric working environment and strive to meet our goal to provide top quality pluming services and plumbing repairs to customers and clients.
NOTE: A new hire will be accompanying a on-field plumbing supervisor for two weeks to on-site jobs to shadow you in order to prove your knowledge and ensure your qualification as a Plumbing Technician with our company. These two weeks will help build trust that you can complete jobs on your own and perform troubleshooting problems. After the two weeks are over, if the company comes to the decision that you are not qualified to complete service and repairs only, you will be let go without the ability to collect unemployment benefits. New hires are given a two week trial period only.
Pipe fitter plumbers, please do not apply with our company.
Employee Requirements:
Minimum of 5 Years of Experience ONLY in plumbing repairs; includes diagnosing and repairs made.
You will be in-person field tested for two weeks to ensure you have the knowledge needed to perform your job duties.
Pipe fitters as new construction plumbers, are not accepted.
You must have previously worked for plumbing companies that were only servicing plumbing repairs and drain cleaning.
Must be capable of making repairs to water and sewer pipes in crawlspaces underneath raised foundation homes.
Must have experience in running drain snakes from roof access on single story homes.
Must have knowledge regarding the troubleshooting of drain blockages and clearing bathtub/shower drains.
Must have knowledge regarding the troubleshooting of drain blockages and clearing kitchen/lavatory sinks and toilet drains.
Must be capable of installing water heaters up to code.
Must be capable of performing slab leak repairs
Must be capable of performing overheated water pipe reroutes (including those in attic crawlspaces)
Must be capable of performing overhead gas line reroutes/repairs (including those in attic crawlspaces)
Must have previous experience working for property management.
Must be Diligent and Fast paced.
You must have own set of hand tools.
Wage starts at $37-40 per hour (Depending on experience).
Bonuses available for large jobs.
Night Shift is not required.
Business closed on Sundays.
Possess valid drivers license with a clean Driving Record
Must pass a drug test
Must have experience Driving and Maintaining work truck provided by Company. Must be on top of keeping vehicle clean and well stocked.
Job experience requires the following:
MUST know how to perform troubleshooting for Drain Blockages and sewer line snaking
Must be able to carry sewer cleaning snake on top of roofs for roof vent access
Must be capable to handle and carry 90 lb. Jackhammer to fix slab leaks
Must be capable to install and fix faucets
Must be capable to handle shower valve repairs and replacement

Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8 hour shift (Tuesday - Saturday)
Pay: Weekly (First Week gets paid following week)
Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus pay; If work is slow, employee will still be paid for full eight hours even if no work is performed.
