Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential Service and hydronic heating Plumber to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install plumbing systems in residential homes across the Mainline. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, independent problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to provide a premium service experience to local homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
Service & Repair: Troubleshoot, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems (water heaters, fixtures, sump pumps, water softeners, sewer lines, and drain clogs).
Customer Consultation: Clearly explain plumbing issues to homeowners, present accurate option, and build trust before beginning work.
Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to local PA plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Documentation: Time and material cards filled out by technician after each service call. Technician does not collect any payments.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 1–5+ years of residential service plumbing experience, hydronic heating experience is a plus.
Credentials: Valid Driver’s License with a clean record (required for company service vehicle). Journeyman or Master Plumber license is a major plus in the S.E.P.A. region.
Skills: Proficient in drain cleaning, pipe fitting (copper, PEX, PVC), and water heater diagnostics.
Availability: Standard Monday through Friday daytime hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
