PLUMBING SERVICE FIELD SUPERVISOR — AKA “CHAOS COORDINATOR”

Austin, Texas | $90,000+ Base Salary | Direct Hire

You grew up in the plumbing trade. You understand commercial service because you’ve done the work—not because you read about it in a manual. You know what happens when a service van breaks down, a technician calls out, three emergency calls arrive at once, and an impatient customer wants answers immediately.

Now, you’ve taken your field experience, leadership ability, communication skills, and organizational talent to the next level.

We’re seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Field Supervisor who can:

• Lead and support commercial plumbing service technicians
• Coordinate schedules, emergency calls, manpower, and equipment
• Keep technicians productive, prepared, and moving
• Communicate professionally with commercial clients
• Troubleshoot field issues and help the team find solutions
• Maintain safety, quality, accountability, and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with operations, dispatch, estimating, and management

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong commercial plumbing service experience
• Previous supervisory, foreman, lead technician, or field leadership experience
• Someone who came up through the plumbing trade and understands the work
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A calm, solutions-focused approach when the day gets chaotic
• The ability to lead experienced technicians with credibility and respect
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
