Plumbing Estimator / Project Manager – Commercial New Construction
Austin, Texas | $125K–$150K base + bonus/profit sharing + full benefits

Seeking someone with 5+ years of commercial plumbing estimating and/or project-management experience. A strong commercial plumbing foreman or superintendent ready to move into estimating may also be considered.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans/specs, invitations to bid, schedules and site conditions; preparing takeoffs and estimates; sourcing vendor/supplier quotes; managing RFIs, proposals, handoff/startup, and change-order pricing.
