Senior Commercial Plumbing Estimator | Austin, Texas

We are hiring a Senior Estimator to lead pre-construction for a growing commercial plumbing division in Austin.

This is not a “purple squirrel” search. We know the right person is out there: someone who grew up in the trade, understands commercial new-construction plumbing from the field up, and is ready to take real ownership of a division’s estimating and pre-construction future.

You may have started as a commercial plumber, led crews in the field, and earned your Journeyman, Tradesman, or Master Plumber license. Since then, you have moved into project management, estimating, or both—and you are ready for a senior leadership role with autonomy, influence, and room to build.

What You’ll Lead

• Commercial plumbing pre-construction and estimating
• Bid strategy, scope review, takeoffs, vendor coordination, and proposal development
• Collaboration with operations, project management, and field leadership
• Growth of the pre-construction function and, over time, your own team

What We’re Looking For

• Strong commercial new-construction plumbing background
• Hands-on field experience, including crew leadership
• Journeyman, Tradesman, or Master Plumber license preferred
• Progressive experience in estimating and/or project management
• Ability to lead independently, make sound decisions, and build strong internal and external relationships
• A team-first mindset: motivated, accountable, competitive, and invested in helping the entire team win
