$90,000–$125,000 + PROFIT SHARE + FULL BENEFITS

Have you considered relocating to Austin, Texas? We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Commercial Plumbing Estimator—or a seasoned commercial plumbing professional who is ready to move into a full-time estimating role.

WE WANT SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY KNOWS PLUMBING.

Ideally, you came up through the trade and have put the pipes together yourself. You know what couplings, gate valves, fittings, materials, takeoffs, labor requirements, and installation challenges are all about.

This is not a position for someone who has only estimated work in another construction trade. We need someone who understands commercial plumbing from the ground up.

IDEAL BACKGROUND:

• Approximately 4–7 years or more of commercial plumbing experience
• Current commercial plumbing estimating experience OR strong field experience with the ability to transition into estimating
• Background as a commercial plumber, journeyman plumber, foreman, superintendent, project manager, or estimator
• Ability to understand commercial plumbing plans, specifications, materials, labor, and installation methods
• Experience with commercial projects such as schools, hospitals, industrial facilities, office buildings, and other large construction projects is preferred
• Comfortable working with estimating software, digital plans, takeoffs, and bid documents—or willing and able to learn

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• $90,000–$125,000 annual salary, depending on experience
