What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise a crew of journeymen, apprentices, and laborers on commercial job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to plan daily work
• Assign tasks, set the pace, and keep the crew productive and safe
• Ensure all work meets code and passes inspection the first time
• Track materials, tools, and equipment on site, and flag what's needed before it becomes a delay
• Communicate progress, issues, and schedule updates to your Project Manager
• Train and mentor apprentices in the field

What You Bring

• Journeyman or Master Plumber license in good standing
• 3+ years leading a crew on commercial plumbing jobs
• Strong knowledge of plumbing code and safe jobsite practices
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Clear communicator who can keep a crew and a schedule on track
