Description
More Than a Foreman Job — A Path to Lead
Prevision Plumbing & Electrical is growing fast across the Spokane region, and we're not just looking for someone to run a crew — we're looking for a leader we're ready to invest in. This role gives you real ownership on the job site today, and a clear track to become a Project Manager or Estimator when you're ready for it.
Why This Role Is Different
Real input on scheduling, staffing, and problem-solving — your Project Manager wants to hear from you, not just assign to you.
A defined growth path into Project Management or Estimating, built around whichever direction fits you best.
Steady, year-round commercial work in a Spokane market that's expanding.
A company built by tradespeople, for tradespeople — we know what actually keeps a job site running.
What You'll Do
Lead and supervise a crew of journeymen, apprentices, and laborers on commercial job sites
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to plan daily work
Assign tasks, set the pace, and keep the crew productive and safe
Ensure all work meets Washington State plumbing code and passes inspection the first time
Track materials, tools, and equipment on site, and flag what's needed before it becomes a delay
Communicate progress, issues, and schedule updates to your Project Manager
Train and mentor apprentices in the field
What You Bring
Journeyman license in good standing, valid in Washington State
3+ years leading a crew on commercial plumbing jobs
Strong knowledge of Washington plumbing code and safe jobsite practices
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
Clear communicator who can keep a crew and a schedule on track
What We Offer
$2,500 sign-on bonus
Competitive pay based on experience and license level
Steady, year-round work in a growing Spokane market
Health benefits and paid time off
Company vehicle or vehicle allowance, depending on role
A real, supported path to Project Manager or Estimator
Where This Role Can Take You
We don't want to lose good foremen to burnout — we want to grow them into the next generation of company leadership. Depending on where your interests take you, this role can lead to:
Project Manager — take ownership of full jobs from planning through closeout, manage budgets, and build direct relationships with GCs and clients.
Estimator — move into bidding and takeoffs, shaping the jobs before they ever break ground.
Wherever you want to go, we'll invest in the training and mentorship to help you get there.
