Plumbing Foreman

Growing plumbing company with numerous new projects looking for plumbing foremen to run residential and commercial projects, to include prevailing wage projects.

Responsibilities:

Arrive to job site and ready to work at designated start time
Layout work for crew and keep to a schedule
Positively motivate team
Work efficiently and productively to install plumbing systems and equipment
Test systems and prepare for plumbing inspections
Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Keep job site and company equipment clean and organized
Work with company project manager and CAD Detailer to assist with RFIs, change orders, and daily reports

Qualifications:
Verifiable experience laying out and installing underground plumbing and podium decks (minimum 2 project references)
Experience using a laser to shoot grade and installing sump pump and sewage ejection systems
Own basic plumbing tools
Ability to handle physical workload
Good driving record
