Plumbing Operations Consultant — Part Time / Flexible

We are a Dallas-Fort Worth based plumbing company looking to connect with experienced plumbing professionals in Austin for a part-time consulting role.

What this looks like:

One or more meetings per month, each lasting 1 to 3 hours

You will help us review our operational procedures and identify opportunities to improve our processes
Meetings can be done remotely or in person depending on your preference
Flexible schedule — we work around you

Who we are looking for:

Someone with many years of experience in the plumbing industry
Retired or semi-retired plumbing professionals are welcome
You just need to know the business well and be willing to share your insights

Compensation:

$125 per hour
Low commitment, flexible opportunity with real potential to grow into something more meaningful
