Plumbing Operations Manager Help Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Operations Manager to lead our field crew and oversee daily project logistics. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in both residential and commercial plumbing, strong leadership skills and a clean driving record/background.

• Crew Leadership: Supervise and manage a field crew of plumbers and apprentices.
• Scheduling: Coordinate daily job schedules, dispatch teams, and arrange for necessary materials and tools on site.

• Field Work: Work hands-on in the field alongside our plumbing crew.
• Machinery Operation: Safely manage, operate, and transport heavy machinery and excavation equipment as required by the project.

• Plan Interpretation: Review and interpret site plans.
• C-36 or journeyman’s card preferred.

-Past history of owning a plumbing company would be a benefit.

- 40 hrs minimum/occasional weekend work.

-CPR and Osha 10

- Competent person.
