Baltimore City Licensed Plumber

Description

Hello,

This is an odd job offering, but here goes. I am an architect who has been self-managing a significant home remodeling project for my family to move into for the past few years. The scope of the work included all new systems throughout: HVAC, plumbing and electrical and other general improvements and upgrades throughout.

All work was permited and was completed as time and funds were available. The plumbing rough-in was inspected and passed a couple of years ago. The plumbing permit expired a couple of years ago as well.

I am looking for a Baltimore City licensed plumber, with active liability insurance in place, to finish the various plumbing work items prior to the final plumbing inspection, such as...

*Plumbing fixture trim work,
*Install 2 garbage disposals,
*Install P-traps at sinks,
*Swap out water heater,
*Maybe add a sump pump for the water heater,
*Replace some freeze-damaged copper piping with PEX,
*Relocate a shower diverter in an unfinished basement bathroom....

...and whatever else is required to pass final plumbing inspection.

If you are a Baltimore City licensed plumber that will pull a plumbing permit and complete the miscellaneous minor plumbing tasks so that the property ultimately passes the final inspection, please let me know.

Thanks

Lloyd
