Plumbing Project Manager $4,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Prevision Plumbing & Electrical is looking for a Project Manager to own plumbing projects in the Treasure Valley from award through close-out. Our estimators handle the bidding, so you'll step in once a job is won and take it from there — keeping it on schedule, on budget, and moving forward without surprises. You'll be the link between the field, the office, and the client, with the authority to actually run the job, not just report on it.

What You'll Do

• Manage commercial plumbing projects from award through close-out, including budget, schedule, and scope
• Coordinate with Foremen, subcontractors, and other trades to keep jobs moving
• Review and process submittals, change orders, and RFIs
• Track job costing and profitability, and flag issues before they become problems
• Manage material procurement and vendor relationships
• Serve as the main point of contact for general contractors and clients
• Support billing and invoicing tied to project milestones

What You Bring

• 3+ years managing commercial plumbing projects
• Experience reading plans, specs, and contracts
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple jobs at once
• Clear, professional communication with clients, GCs, and field crews
• Working knowledge of Simpro or similar job costing software is a plus
• Journeyman or Master Plumber license in good standing
