We are seeking an experienced **Plumbing Service Manager** to lead and grow our plumbing service operations in the Spokane area. This position is ideal for a motivated leader who has a strong plumbing background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage technicians while developing a successful and profitable service department.

### Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plumbing service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and job coordination.
• Lead, train, and support plumbing service technicians.
• Manage service calls, repairs, maintenance, and customer requests.
• Ensure service work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company quality standards.
• Monitor job costs, labor productivity, material usage, and department profitability.
• Prepare and review service estimates, proposals, and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to expand the company's service customer base and recurring business.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve service-related issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with Washington State plumbing regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with company leadership to establish department goals and improve operational efficiency.

### Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing industry experience preferred, including service plumbing.
• Previous supervisory, service management, or lead technician experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial plumbing service and repair.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, troubleshooting, and estimating.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs, technicians, and customer priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with service scheduling, dispatching, and job management software preferred.
• Washington State journeyman plumber certification (PL01 or PL02, as applicable) preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
