We are looking for an experienced and driven Plumbing Service Manager to develop, lead, and grow our plumbing service operations throughout the Treasure Valley.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily plumbing service operations throughout the Treasure Valley.

Develop and grow the service department, including customer relationships and new business opportunities.

Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor plumbing service technicians.

Oversee scheduling, dispatching, service calls, and emergency repair requests.

Prepare estimates, proposals, and pricing for residential and commercial plumbing service work.

Manage labor costs, materials, job profitability, and department performance.

Establish efficient service procedures and maintain high standards of workmanship.

Develop relationships with property managers, builders, businesses, and residential customers.

Address customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.

Ensure compliance with Idaho plumbing codes, licensing requirements, and safety regulations.

Work closely with company leadership to establish goals, track performance, and support continued growth.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience preferred, with a strong background in service and repair.

Previous experience managing a plumbing service department, supervising technicians, or leading service operations strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Idaho Journeyman license preferred, as applicable to the position.

Experience with estimating, scheduling, dispatching, and service management software.

Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.

Ability to manage department budgets and understand job profitability.

Self-motivated with the ability to develop and grow a service operation.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
