Our team takes great pride in the work we do and has a reputation for delivering a quality product and great customer service for some of the largest homebuilders in Arizona. Our ever-growing company is looking for a Residential Plumbing Superintendent for our Plumbing Division to join our Team.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7AM to 4PM. Hours may vary and can include overtime. This position will be located at our West Valley location in Buckeye.
Successful candidates will be a skilled problem solver, well organized, detail oriented and have excellent supervisory and communication skills. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize duties.
Overview of Duties
- Responsible for reviewing projects, controlling job cost, and ensuring job profitability
- Superintendent shall be responsible for leading and managing a team of foremen and install technicians, scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety
- Ensure customer satisfaction, quality, and proactive improvement
- Provide manpower forecasting and manpower scheduling
- Responsible for OSHA safety regulations in field operations
- Provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects
- Walk all projects as scheduled to monitor activities and assist in future planning
- Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed
- 2+ years plumbing supervisory experience
- Must be self-motivated and a proactive problem solver
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds without assistance
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the US
