Plumbing Supply Counter Sales & Delivery Driver

** Downtown LA / Koreatown | Full-Time | $22–$26/hour | Mon–Fri **

We are an established, family-owned plumbing supply company that has served Los Angeles for more than 70 years.

We're a small operation with long-standing, loyal customers who count on us to know our products, get their orders right, and move quickly when they need material.

We're looking for someone reliable who wants to become an important part of that team.

This is a hands-on position combining plumbing counter sales and customer service with local deliveries, vendor pickups, and warehouse work. You'll be joining a three-person location where everyone contributes and no two days are exactly the same.

This isn't a desk job, and it isn't a driving job where you'll spend the day alone with headphones on. You'll work directly with customers, learn our products, pull and load orders, make quick local deliveries and pickups, stock material, and help keep the operation moving.

• What You'll Do **
• Help customers at the counter and by phone with plumbing products, availability, and orders.
• Learn our inventory so you can answer questions, locate material, and suggest useful alternatives.
• Pull, check, and load customer orders accurately.
• Make local deliveries and vendor pickups throughout the Los Angeles area using a company vehicle.
• Handle pickups and deliveries with a sense of urgency — our customers are often waiting on material to keep a job moving.
• Receive, stock, and organize plumbing material.
• Load and unload pipe, fittings, fixtures, and other plumbing supplies.
• Keep the counter, warehouse, and delivery vehicle organized.
• Communicate with customers and teammates when an order or delivery needs attention.
• Pitch in wherever needed. With a small team, everyone helps.

** Who We're Looking For **

The ideal candidate has previous plumbing, plumbing supply, counter sales, or related industry experience and can build on that knowledge here.

However, we're willing to train the right person who brings strong customer service skills, dependability, a good attitude, and a genuine willingness to learn.

• Valid driver's license and a driving record suitable for company deliveries.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read orders, count and verify material, and use a computer for order-related tasks.
• Willingness to learn plumbing products and our inventory.
• Ability and willingness to perform physical work throughout the day.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with a sense of urgency when needed.

• Strong pluses **
• Plumbing or plumbing-supply knowledge.
• Counter sales experience.
• Delivery or warehouse experience.
• Experience with hardware, HVAC, electrical, building materials, industrial supply, auto parts, or another product-based trade.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

** This Is a Physical, Hands-On Job **

Plumbing material can be heavy.

This position involves lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading pipe and plumbing material of many different sizes, spending the majority of the workday on your feet, and working in warehouse and outdoor conditions.

Los Angeles gets hot. Some days you'll sweat.

We're looking for someone who understands that physical work is part of the job and is willing to jump in and help rather than wait for someone else to do it.

** Pay & Schedule **

$22–$26 per hour, depending on relevant experience

Candidates with previous plumbing, plumbing-supply, counter sales, or closely related industry experience may qualify for higher starting compensation within the range.

Monday–Friday
7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Full-time, in-person position located in the Downtown Los Angeles / Koreatown area.
