Pole building erector/Framer/Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pole Building/Metal Building Erector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and a strong understanding of building structures, including pole and metal buildings. This role requires a hands-on approach to erecting buildings according to specifications, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Possibility to run a crew

Duties

Erect pole and metal buildings by following blueprints and schematics.
Install roofing systems, ensuring proper sealing and insulation.
Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure efficient workflow.
Utilize tools and equipment safely while adhering to all safety regulations.
Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Requirements

Proven experience in construction

Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics for accurate execution of tasks.
Ability to work effectively on construction sites while maintaining a focus on safety.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to achieving project goals.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to building erection.
