Now Hiring: Pool Service Technician (Full-Time & Part-Time Available, Year-Round)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Pool Service Technician to join our team! No prior experience is required—we are willing to train the right person. However, experience in pool maintenance, plumbing, or a related field is a plus.

About the Position:

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional weekend work may be required).
Service Area: Greater East Bay, including Martinez, Concord, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Alamo, Danville, and Clayton.
Compensation:
Training wage: $16/hr
Base pay after 30-day review: $18.50/hr
Regular raises based on performance (quarterly evaluations)
Final pay range: $20 – $25/hr DOE
90 Day Probation period.
Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain swimming pools and spas, ensuring water chemistry is balanced.
Handle pool chemicals safely and accurately.
Provide excellent customer service to clients.
Identify and report pool or equipment issues to the repair team.
Drive a company vehicle to multiple job sites daily.
Requirements:

Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.

Ability to pass a background check.
Physically able to lift 40 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety (children and other swimmers depend on proper chemical balancing).
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
English proficiency required.
