Pool Masters is hiring an experienced **Pool Equipment Repair Technician** who can diagnose problems, complete quality repairs, and communicate professionally with customers.

This is primarily an equipment repair position. You will troubleshoot, repair, replace, and install pool equipment for residential and commercial customers throughout Central Florida.

### WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Variable-speed and single-speed pool pumps
• Pool filters and circulation systems
• Gas and electric pool heaters
• Heat pumps and chillers
• Salt chlorine systems
• Pool automation and controls
• Electrical troubleshooting
• PVC plumbing and equipment pad repairs
• Residential and commercial pool systems

### WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Have experience repairing pool equipment
• Understand basic electrical and plumbing troubleshooting
• Can diagnose the cause of a problem instead of simply replacing parts
• Complete clean and professional repairs and installations
• Keep accurate service notes and photos
• Communicate clearly with customers
• Work independently and manage your daily schedule
• Have a valid driver’s license and dependable work history
• Are comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat

Experience with Hayward, Jandy, Pentair, AquaCal, AutoPilot, Madimack, or similar equipment is a strong advantage.

Experienced HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance-repair, or mechanical technicians may also be considered if they have strong troubleshooting skills and are ready to learn the pool industry.
