As our North Texas operation continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced **Pool Leak Detection & Repair Technician** to join our team. If you have experience diagnosing and repairing swimming pool and spa leaks, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic leak detection, pressure testing, and diagnostic testing on swimming pools, spas, and water features.
• Locate and diagnose leaks in underground plumbing, pool shells, skimmers, return lines, main drains, lights, and other pool components.
• Perform repairs to underground plumbing, pool equipment, and structural components.
• Explain findings and repair recommendations professionally to homeowners and commercial customers.
• Complete accurate reports, estimates, and documentation using company software.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and specialized leak detection equipment.
• Follow all company safety policies while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pool leak detection and repair is a plus but not required.
• Strong understanding of pool plumbing systems, hydraulics, equipment, and pool construction.
• Experience with pressure testing, electronic leak detection equipment, and plumbing repairs.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to swim and work comfortably in and around pools.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with pool remodeling, renovations, or equipment installation.
• Experience using leak detection listening equipment and electronic locating devices.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
