In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and repairing swimming pools to ensure they are safe, clean, and functioning optimally. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service to our clients by keeping pools in pristine condition and addressing any technical issues promptly. Prior experience working in an outside role is preferred!

STARTING PAY IS $21 PER HOUR AND WE OFFER FULL TIME SHIFTS, M-F 6-230 SUMMER SCHEDULE.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and filtration system checks to ensure optimal water quality.
Conduct thorough pool cleaning tasks such as skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing surfaces, and cleaning filters.
Inspect pools regularly for safety hazards or equipment malfunctions and address issues proactively.
Maintain accurate service records, logs of repairs performed, and maintenance schedules for each client’s pool.
Assist with installation of new pool equipment or upgrades as needed, following safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding maintenance needs or repairs required to ensure their satisfaction.
Skills

Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar maintenance role is a plus.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple service appointments efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to identify potential issues early. This role is ideal for energetic individuals eager to develop their skills in pool maintenance while delivering top-tier service that keeps pools safe, clean, and inviting!
