This is not an entry-level route job. To maintain our reputation for perfection, you must possess:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of dedicated, professional pool service and repair experience.

Technical Mastery: Advanced knowledge of high-end automation systems (Pentair, Jandy, Hayward), variable speed pumps, and complex filtration/sanitation setups.

Water Chemistry Expertise: Deep understanding of LSI (Langelier Saturation Index) balancing. You don't just test chlorine; you understand water equilibrium.

The "Elite" Persona: Extreme attention to detail is non-negotiable. You must present yourself immaculately (clean-cut, professional appearance) and possess excellent communication skills for interacting with high-net-worth homeowners and estate managers.

Clean Background: A pristine driving record and a completely clean criminal background check are mandatory.
