Pool Service Operations Manager – Route Growth & Profit Sharing

Blue Turtle Pools is seeking an experienced, hands-on Pool Service Operations Manager to help grow and manage our residential pool service business.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just a pool cleaning job. We're looking for a motivated individual who can take ownership of daily operations, build a successful team, grow our customer base, and earn 20% profit sharing as the business grows.

During the initial growth period, the manager will also be responsible for servicing pools while building and supervising the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain residential swimming pools.
• Manage daily pool service operations, routes, and scheduling.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and, when necessary, terminate pool technicians.
• Oversee technician compensation based on completed jobs.
• Grow the customer base through referrals, networking, and new business development.
• Maintain high standards for pool cleaning, water chemistry, and customer service.
• Coordinate pool repairs and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor employee productivity, route profitability, expenses, and customer retention.
• Provide regular operational and financial reports to the owner.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional pool service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pool chemistry, equipment, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing technicians or running pool service routes.
• Ability to recruit, train, and lead a team.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a business.

Compensation

• Paid per completed pool service job.
• 20% profit sharing based on company profitability, under an agreed compensation structure.
