Pool Service Technician — 1099 (Part-Time to Full-Time)

We're a residential pool service company in the Phoenix West Valley (Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Avondale, Surprise, Peoria) looking for a reliable, detail-oriented tech to join our route.

3-4 weeks of paid training to start. You'll build from 10-15 pools/day up to a full 5-day week and 55-65 pools within your first year.

Day-to-day: water testing and chemical treatment, filter and equipment checks, skimming and basket cleaning, checking for leaks or damage, and a clear service report to the customer after every visit.

1099 contractor — bring your own truck and smartphone, we cover all chemicals. There may be a path to W2 down the road.
