What You’ll Do

➔ Service pools and spas weekly.
➔ Test and adjust water chemistry.
➔ Brush tile, net, brush, and vacuum pools/spas.
➔ Make sure all equipment is properly working.
➔ Empty skimmer, pot baskets, and leaf mufflers.
➔ Keep equipment area clean.
➔ Use an app to report service calls.
➔ Check for necessary repairs and notify the office.
➔ Maintain your company vehicle by stocking it with chemicals and keeping it clean.
➔ Provide friendly customer service.

What We’re Looking For

Pool Service Tech:

Experience and a CPO are a plus, but we will train the right person without experience.

Don’t worry if your experience doesn’t line up perfectly - Pool Techs come from all kinds of backgrounds and experience levels. We’ll start you out on a part-time basis while we train you thoroughly to make sure you’re confident in your role.

You’re a good fit if you:

● Have a valid Hawaii driver's license with a clean driving record
● Have reliable transportation
● Are in good health, able to lift 50 pounds, walk on uneven terrain while carrying equipment, and able to do
repetitive kneeling & squatting
● Have a clean and neat appearance
● Are dependable and have good time management skills
● Are able to work alone and stay efficient
● Have the integrity to do a good job and represent the company well
● Friendly customer service skills
● Are looking for long-term employment
● Are mechanically inclined
● Can learn new concepts quickly
● Can do basic troubleshooting & problem solving
