Pool Service Technician | Mon-Fri | $900+/Week

Splash Pool Service is hiring a dependable Pool Service Technician to maintain residential swimming pools throughout Tucson.

This is a year-round, outdoor position with paid training, set weekly routes, and clear expectations.

This position is best for someone who takes pride in doing work the right way and wants a stable, long-term position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Service residential pools on a set weekly route
• Skim, brush, and vacuum pools
• Test and balance water chemistry
• Inspect pumps, filters, and basic pool equipment
• Let us know when equipment or water problems are found
• Manage your time and route independently once trained
• Keep every pool up to company standards

SCHEDULE

• Monday through Friday
• About 30 hours per week
• Typically about 6 hours per day
• Flexible start time between sunrise and 10 AM
• No weekends
• Year-round work

PAY

• $900+ per week starting
• Paid, hands-on training
• We pay per completed service stop rather than by the hour
• Based on a typical 30-hour week, starting pay is equivalent to about $30 per hour
• Technicians who prove they can maintain quality, keep up with the workload, and manage a full route may earn $1,000+ per week

Experience in pool service, landscaping, delivery routes, maintenance, or other outdoor work is helpful but not required. We will train the right person.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable with physical, outdoor work
• Able to manage a daily route and stay on schedule
