Responsibilities
Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance
Test and balance pool water chemistry
Inspect equipment and identify maintenance or repair needs
Maintain a clean and professional appearance at customer properties
Keep accurate service notes and records
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Deliver excellent customer service
Qualifications
Must have Pool service experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Excellent client communication and customer service skills
Strong note-taking and record-keeping abilities
Dependable, punctual, and reliable
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
