Pool Service Technician Needed

Pool Service Technician Wanted

We’re looking for a dependable, responsible person to join our team. Pool service experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.

Position & Compensation

Full-time preferred

Part-time available if desired
$17–$20 per pool/stop, DOE (depending on experience)
Flexible schedule
4 weeks of paid time off each year - FULL TIME ONLY

1 week at Thanksgiving
1 week at Christmas
1 week in the spring
1 additional week off

Gas allowance

Consistent, local route
Training provided for the right candidate

Responsibilities

Regular pool cleaning and maintenance

Filter cleaning and maintenance
Basic equipment maintenance
Light repairs and troubleshooting
Check pool equipment and identify issues
Maintain accurate records for each pool in our database
Document service performed at each visit
Report any repairs or equipment issues that need attention
Provide professional and courteous service to customers

We’re Looking For Someone Who

Is dependable and responsible

Takes pride in doing quality work
Is willing to learn and be trained
Can work independently
Has good attention to detail
Has basic mechanical or maintenance skills
Is comfortable using a phone or tablet to update pool records
Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
