50-50-50 Pay Structure

• $50 a day during a fast training phase with the owner.
• 50% of the profit on everything you do solo once trained.

• $50 an hour to help with occasional big jobs / equipment labor.

The Schedule & Payout:

Part-time pool cleaner servicing roughly 35 pools a week over 3 days. Once you are trained and up to full speed, this takes about 10-15 hours a week and clears an estimated $400 to $600+ per week (roughly $40/hr for your time).

Excellent high-yield schedule for the right person.

This is NOT a paid-by-the-hour corporate job. This is paid by the job (Contractor position). You pay your own taxes and cover your own gas.
