Pool Tech Up to $28/hr – Company Truck & Gas Card Provided

Founder's Pool Service is hiring a full-time Pool Route Technician in the West Valley.

WHAT YOU GET

• $19-24/hr, based on experience
• $2 bonus per pool by completing the full route per day without any verifiable complaints or callbacks.
• Company vehicle + gas card (no wear on your truck, no fuel out of pocket)
• Steady, year-round route work, not seasonal
• Sunrise start time, Monday through Friday (Possibly an occasional weekend day)
• Room to grow into repairs and equipment work (Ability to do repairs is preferred, Bonus/Commission on Repair work)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run a weekly residential pool route in Buckeye, Verrado, Litchfield Park, Goodyear, Avondale, Surprise, Waddell, Peoria, etc. We are a continuously growing company.
• Test and balance water chemistry utilizing Spin Touch and LSI balancing
• Brush, skim, and vacuum pools; clean filters and baskets, salt cell cleaning etc.
• Spot equipment problems and report them

-Communicate with customers on their pool and potential issues to be approved for repair
-Utilize pool management software to complete all work (must have a smart phone)
- Keep homeowners happy. We're a local company and reputation is everything. Customer service first.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid AZ driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable, on time, and able to work outdoors in Arizona heat
• Pool experience required.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance. You represent us in customers' backyards.
• Wear the company uniform provided (shirt and hat) on every route
• Friendly and respectful with homeowners
