Position Lead Carpenters / Experienced in framing/foundation or Finish

We are seeking a Lead Carpenter to manage our foundation and framing crews and Lead Finish Carpenter to run a Finish crew.
Compensation begins at $45/hour and is dependent on experience and skill level. This is a full-time opportunity with potential for advancement, and health insurance benefits are available.
Work is based in San Francisco and Marin County, with projects ranging from $2M–$10M. Overtime may be required and is paid accordingly.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of construction experience

Background in foundations, framing, and finish work

At least 2 years in a lead carpenter role

Own tools and reliable transportation

Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on solutions

Commitment to maintaining quality, organization, and efficient time management
