Join Our Post-Frame Construction Crew!

We’re looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our post-frame construction crew. If you enjoy working outdoors, using your hands, and being part of a team that takes pride in building quality structures, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
Assist with post-frame building construction from start to finish
Set posts, frame walls, install roofing and siding, and complete other construction tasks
Operate hand and power tools safely
Load, unload, and move building materials
Work as part of a crew to keep projects moving efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe job site

What We’re Looking For
Reliable and hardworking attitude
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift and carry construction materials
Construction experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person
Valid driver’s license preferred
