Powell’s Books - Facilities Specialist

Powell’s Books is seeking a Facilities Specialist to help improve and maintain the iconic atmosphere of our stores. As a a skilled professional in this role, they will be responsible for the overall maintenance and improvement of our properties, ensuring that every detail contributes to an exceptional customer experience.

The Facilities Specialist will help with various improvement projects throughout our facilities, and will specialize in one or more trades including, but not limited to, carpentry, locksmith, electrical and HVAC. They also act as a resource for other members of the facilities staff.

The regular schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, for a 37.5-hour work-week.

Compensation is $19.50 per hour, or more, depending on experience.
