PPF Installer Wanted – Contract/Per-Job

We are an established paint protection film and window tint shop in Hayward. We're looking for an experienced PPF installer to take on contract jobs at our shop. Work is steady, much of it on Tesla (Model Y and Model 3), and we have room to grow with the right person.

What you'll be doing:

Full front, track pack, and full-body PPF installs

Pre-cut kits and bulk film with wrapped edges
Light prep and final inspection on your own installs

What we're looking for:

At least [2] years of professional PPF install experience

Clean, consistent work: tight edges, no lifting, no stretch marks, minimal relief cuts
A portfolio, photos, or a shop reference we can check
Reliable and on time. You show up when scheduled and finish the job right.
Tesla experience is a big plus

What we offer:

Flat per-job pay, paid per completed job

Clean shop with dedicated PPF bays. No mobile work, no setting up in a driveway.
Film and supplies provided, pre-cut.
Steady volume and the potential for ongoing or long-term work
