Large GC looking for deck coaters, waterproofers and demo laborers for UCLA project; prevailing wage!

Experience in any of following:

Remodeling and repair/maintenance:
Drywall Hang/Tape/Texture (must be able to float and match)
Insulation
Painting
Carpentry (trim/base, setting cabinets/vanity, doors)
Basic electrical
Stucco
Flooring Installers (all Types)
Showers

Must have own Transportation and basic tools.
