Print Production - Large Format Print Shop

$18–$20/hour to start | Part-Time | Growth Opportunity

Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, takes pride in quality work, and likes a job where every day is a little different?

We are a growing large-format printing company looking for a reliable Print Production Technician to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to learn the sign and graphics industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate large-format printers, laminators, and finishing equipment (training provided-little experience a plus)
Cut and trim vinyl graphics accurately
Weed and apply vinyl graphics
Install transfer tape using squeegees and finishing tools
Package completed jobs for shipment
Assist with local deliveries and material pickups
Keep the production area clean and organized
Help wherever needed to keep projects moving

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Enjoys working with their hands

Has excellent attention to detail
Is dependable and shows up on time
Can lift up to 50 lbs.
Has a valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
Learns quickly and follows directions well
Works well independently and as part of a small team
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Experience in printing or signs is a plus, but not required.

We are willing to train the right person who is motivated, eager to learn and wants to grow with the company.

SCHEDULE:

Part-time to start (approximately 20–30 hours per week)

We start at 7 or 7:30am.
Opportunity for additional hours and advancement as the company grows

PAY:

$18–$20 per hour depending on experience
Opportunity for raises based on performance
