Print Shop All Star

We’re a screen print shop in Evergreen and we’re looking to add to our team. We specialize in wholesale apparel for shops and clients across the country, as well as custom apparel here locally. Think of this job as the opposite of an AI-generated flyer—exciting and no two days are the same, creative and cool and different than all the other boring jobs out there, and a little (sometimes a lot) messy. And here in Evergreen, every day guarantees awesome views while you work and daily wildlife sightings—nothing boring, corporate or stuffy here.

The job: this is a full time, Monday through Friday (9 to 5) position. We’re looking for someone who can jump right in and be a valuable part of the team right away. We’re willing to train the right person on any and all of our machines and equipment and in all of our print processes and tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer service & client relationships:
-help quote projects and initiate orders, email communication with clients
-send and track open invoices
-keep projects moving to meet deadlines
-communication with clients and customers
-help the occasional walk-in customer and with warehouse sales

Production:
-help in prepping and cleaning screen print and embroidery workspaces
-order, check in, and inventory blanks
-prep screens for printing, clean screens after printing
-the actual printing and production side of things (screen printing, DTG printing, heat transfers, embroidery, candle making)
-order fulfillment and packing duties

Additional responsibilities:
-keep shop organized
-keep track of production schedule and problem solve as needed to keep things on track
-organize and manage supplies
-more duties as company and this role both grow
-general understanding of shop workflow and ability to adapt as daily tasks shift, often unexpectedly
-limited help in social media content creation (a very small part of the job, but still fun)

QUALIFICATIONS
-must be available for a full time schedule (40 hours/week)
-familiarity with print shop or apparel industry a plus but not required
-strong eye for detail and ability to focus on task at hand
-computer knowledge (experience with Adobe Suite a huge plus)
-enthusiasm and positive attitude
-ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment (but still fun!)
-strong work ethic and accountability
-ability to stand for long periods of time and lift boxes 50+ lbs. (physical stamina is a must!)
-ability to work well within a team and alone
-willingness to work outside of job description as job demands
-strong customer service skills
-must love the local Evergreen elk herd

COMPENSATION
-$18 to $26, depending on experience
