Print Shop - Customer Service & Production Representative

We are an online printshop specializing in wide product lineup across digital, offset and large format.

**Applicant must have current or recent experience working in a print environment, whether in client account management or a print production capacity

Skills / Knowledge/ Responsibilities

• Must be highly-organized, detail-oriented, thorough and accurate
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism

• Flexibility to adapt to frequent changes; ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; shifting gears at a moments notice, capable of effectively prioritizing work, multi-tasking, and following up
• Ability to multitask and manage conflicts

• Knowledge of pre-press, estimating, scheduling, papers, finishes, printing and binding for digital, offset and large format production is highly preferred
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills & computer skills

• Work closely with in-house departments and vendors to ensure schedules are maintained.

Location: Astoria, NY

Monday-Friday: 40 Hours/week
Hours: 10AM to 6PM
