Private Estate Maintenance Technician - Kona - Full time

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the details, and wants to keep learning. Whether you’re an experienced maintenance technician or mechanically inclined and ready to build your skills, we’d like to hear from you. Experience with HVAC or gas fire features is especially valuable.

Work alongside an experienced estate team maintaining a private residential property. The work includes HVAC, gas fire features, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, smart home technology, and general property maintenance.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in doing things right and pays attention to details
• Is honest, dependable, and accountable
• Enjoys solving problems and learning new skills
• Works well with others, welcomes feedback, and is willing to pitch in
• Notices what needs attention, communicates clearly, and follows tasks through to completion
• Can pass a background check, sign a confidentiality agreement, and respect the privacy of the family and home
