Product Assembler

A globally recognized lighting company is seeking a hands-on Product Assembler to build high-end decorative lighting fixtures with speed, accuracy, and consistency.

This is a production role for someone who is mechanically inclined, comfortable using tools, and understands how parts fit together.

You should be comfortable working with components, hardware, fasteners, and basic wiring while following drawings and build instructions. You work carefully, stay focused, and are able to repeat a process consistently while maintaining a strong production pace.

Previous lighting experience is not required.

We are looking for someone with prior hands-on experience in product assembly, manufacturing, production, installation, repair, mechanical work, electrical work, equipment assembly, or another similar environment.

The right person is:

Mechanically inclined

Comfortable using hand tools

Good with their hands

Able to follow drawings and build instructions

Able to understand how parts fit together

Fast without becoming careless

Accurate and consistent

Comfortable with basic hardware and electrical components

Able to recognize when something does not look or fit correctly

Comfortable handling high-quality finished components

Organized and efficient at the workstation

Able to perform repeatable work at a strong production pace

Reliable and willing to learn
