Production Assistant – Roofing

TriState Roofing is looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated Production Assistant to join our growing team. If you have roofing knowledge, strong communication skills, and enjoy keeping projects running smoothly, we'd like to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

Order roofing materials and coordinate deliveries.
Schedule roofing jobs and work with crews.
Perform quality control inspections on completed work.
Conduct job site safety checks as needed.
Assist with roofing repairs and production coordination.
Understand and identify all major roofing systems and materials.
Communicate professionally with homeowners, vendors, and subcontractors.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain excellent service.
Help identify opportunities for repair work and additional services.
Qualifications
Roofing industry experience required.
Ordering and purchasing experience preferred.
Repair experience required.
Knowledge of all major roofing systems.
Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Great follow-up skills—you don't let things fall through the cracks.
Professional attitude and positive work ethic.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must pass a background check.
Compensation & Benefits
$27–$32 per hour DOE
