Production Associate

We are actively hiring for a 2nd shift Production Associate.

Our client is located in the greater Hamden Area and is growing rapidly!

This is a temp-to-hire role with a chance to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

6 Months+ of Manufacturing or Production experience

Machine Operation: Start, stop, and monitor factory equipment, adjusting settings to keep production running smoothly.

Quality Control: Inspect finished items for flaws or defects and report any issues to the supervisor.

Packaging: Label, pack, and prepare finished goods for shipping.

Maintenance & Sanitation: Keep the work area clean, sweep floors, and handle basic tool upkeep.

Documentation: Fill out logs, work orders, and safety checklists
