Production Associate- UV & Sublimation Print Shop

Position Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced UV and sublimation print shop. This role is responsible for operating printing equipment, preparing materials, and ensuring high-quality output across a variety of custom products.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain UV printers and sublimation equipment

Unpack product to prepare for production

Perform heat pressing and finishing processes for sublimation items

Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency

Package finished products for shipment or pickup

Maintain clean and organized workstations and production areas

Troubleshoot minor equipment or print issues as they arise

Assist with inventory tracking and restocking supplies

Meet daily production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications

Experience in a print shop, production environment, or similar setting preferred

Familiarity with UV printing and/or sublimation processes is a strong plus

Basic knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop helpful

Strong attention to detail and color accuracy

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 40 lbs

Strong time management and ability to multitask
