Production Asst / Sewing Trainee – No Experience Required – $18–$24

Hothead Headliners is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our production team in Meridian.

No sewing experience is required. We will teach you.

This position will work alongside our experienced seamstress and help with the production of automotive interior products. You will be working primarily with fabric and other materials, preparing pieces for sewing, organizing materials, helping with production, and eventually learning to operate an industrial sewing machine.

You do not need to know how to sew when you start. What matters much more to us is that you are conscientious, dependable, good with your hands, and willing to learn.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things correctly.

You should be the type of person who notices when something doesn't look right instead of just sending it down the line. Attention to detail is important.

You should also be able to learn a process, become good at it, and then work without someone constantly standing over you.

Experience is not important to us. Reliability, work ethic and attention to detail are.

Starting pay: $18.00 per hour

As you learn the job, become proficient at sewing and take on more responsibility, there is opportunity to earn up to approximately $24.00 per hour.
