Production Coordinator Wanted for Roofing&Exterior Remodeling Company

Roof4Roof, a full service exterior remodeling company, is looking for a key individual who will take Complete Responsibility for their work and minimize excuses. We're looking for a smart, motivated man or woman who is able, with the right training, to handle a wide variety of tasks without getting overwhelmed when a few things don't go according to plan. You will be the conduit between clients and salesmen and production crews and your bosses. We need an enthusiastic individual, who wants a challenge and wants to grow with our company. In this role, you will assist our COO to coordinate the full scope of production across multiple residential and commercial projects. You will work with field supervisors, subcontractors, safety protocols, repair technicians, salesmen, clients and more. You’ll be expected to maintain a structured production schedule where transparency is crystal clear to everyone involved. You’ll be responsible for making sure every project—from the receipt of the signed contract to the final completion walkthrough—runs on time, on budget, and to the highest standards possible, while keeping crews, project managers, and homeowners completely aligned. We expect you to have a minimum of 3 years experience in remodeling, home services, logistics or management and be able to demonstrate a proficiency to handle pressure, solve problems, document and follow systems, and keep projects moving without constant oversight. Mutli-tasking is absolutely essential and keeping in constant communication is crucial. This is a full-time salaried postion with a 60 hour work week, Monday-Friday 6am-6pm.
