PRODUCTION / FRAME ASSEMBLY – FULL TIME – $20–$24/HR – FULLERTON

Picture This Framing is looking for a few dependable, detail-oriented people to join our production team in Fullerton.

We've been in business for more than 40 years, producing custom framed artwork and commercial art programs for some of the most recognizable companies and destinations in the country.

This isn't a desk job and it isn't glamorous — it's steady, hands-on work for someone who likes staying busy, working with their hands, and taking pride in doing things correctly.

Pay: $20–$24/hour, depending on experience and skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll help produce and assemble custom framed artwork, including:

Reading work orders and matching artwork with the correct materials
Measuring and assembling custom picture frames
Installing artwork, mats, glass and other materials
Operating compressed-air nail guns and framing equipment
Cutting glass, Plexiglas, paper and backing materials
Using hand tools including drills, pliers, wire cutters and hammers
Operating mounting and production equipment
Inspecting completed work for quality and accuracy
Packaging finished artwork for safe delivery
Helping keep the production area clean, organized and moving efficiently
EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in picture framing, assembly, manufacturing, woodworking, warehouse production or another hands-on trade is a plus, but it is not required.

We can teach the right person how to do the work.

What is harder to teach is dependability, attention to detail, efficiency and caring about the quality of what you produce.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is an active production position. You must be comfortable:

Standing for extended periods

Bending, reaching and moving throughout the day
Safely lifting and maneuvering materials up to approximately 50 lbs.
Handling oversized artwork and framing materials
Carefully working with delicate and sometimes valuable artwork
